This 10 week workshop is designed to develop each participant’s mindfulness and self care practices.
We will cover ways to develop a mindful attitude to life, how to nurture our bodies and minds and learn authentic communication with self and others.
In addition the workshop will uncover what kindness and beauty really mean and how we can release self-criticism, blame and stress.
Each participant will be empowered and learn techniques to develop self- esteem, inner beauty, health and wellbeing.
